作品简介是书初版精装一册，保存完好，1934 年由良友图书公司印制发行，为摄影师于1920-1933 年间于全国各地拍摄的作品集，收有黑白作品45幅，前有傅秉常所作中文序和摄影师的英文自序。刘体志（1893-1974），我国第一个获得美国牙医博士称号的人，“景社”发起人之一，后又组织建立红窗社、广东摄影学会，对中国的艺术摄影发展有重要影响。
