Chinese ,19th C, the screen of square form, finely carved through the cinnabar lacquer to the black lacquer diaper ground, a circular shaped panel stick out from the center of the screen, depicting a landscape scene with mauntain ,trees, bridge and pavilion. the rest of the screen carved with ink seal pattern all over ,inset in a hollow carved wooden stand D: 21 1/4" (55.2 cm) x 24" (61 cm) Condition: in overall good condition with expect surface wear to the screen, some crackle and chip to the wood stand Provenance: property of a private Maryland collector
