布面油画框潘冠群（b.1982）生于北京，毕业于首都师范大学绘画系油画专业，现为职业艺术家。 主要展览包含了2006年全国美术院校毕业生优秀作品提名展，他的作品曾入围2018年的约翰•莫尔绘画奖（中国）。在高岭的《潘冠群的自画像式创作及其他》一文中他被评价为“作为一个上世纪八十年代出生、离开学校不久的年轻人，能够逆“潮流”而动，创作明显带有自画像性质的作品，显得格外特别。”
