All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered in lemon yellow underglaze base color which meticulous finish sgraffito. The exterior decorated with sgraffito figurine carmine pale-yellow underglaze of imperial dragon soaring amidst flames and vapors, with face and upper right appendage outstretched toward the heavens. Vigorous dragons chasing flaming pearl amidst flames against cobalt blue scrolling clouds diaper. The backdrop depicts swirling wind and fire painted atop a beautiful white underglaze. Carved in shallow relief creates a darker glaze painting of interlocking ruyi clouds amidst flames in the center, bordered on the rim with interlocking ruyi heads beneath single fine ring on rim. Covered evenly in a pale yellow glaze, while interior left white under glaze. All reserved in attractive sgraffito figurine pale yellow glazed ground with sporadic spotted shinny glaze, with densely clear speckles, thinning to grayish at the mouth-rim.
