Dimensions: 4.125in H x 8.5in W x 8.5in D Chinese Qing Dynasty, white jade bowl & gilt bronze inlaid saucer. The white jade carved in bowl shape, of a convex vessel rising upward to a slightly everted lip rim, supported upon a slightly concaved foot base. The Jade shoes pale-white-celadon iridescent color, reflects light off its moist appearance, with finely polished smooth surface and even tone clean translucent. Resting upon a of delicately fitted gilt bronze exclusively with colorful semi-precious stones imbedded on the inner saucer plate. The saucer plater carved in archaic flowers blooms, scrolling tendril and foliage around the surface. The Nephrite Jade has a lustrous tone, with pale-celadon iridescent and attractive sporadic golden russet inclusions, exquisite and detail, the jade stone have clean tone, with pale-celadon iridescent and moist milky appearance. Excellent craftsmanship is evident in the fine details. Nephrite has mottled appearance with scattered inclusions along with a beautiful transparent milk-white tone. See More
