A bronze cruciform shield mount with inset central garnet, the expanding arms with face masks and pelta-shaped finials with applied silver sheet; attachment lugs to the reverse; mounted on a custom-made stand. 48.9 grams total, 90mm including stand (3 1/2"). Found Driffield, East Yorkshire, UK, before 2008; accompanied by an old collector's ticket with findspot.
