Ming dynasty or later. 16th-18th c.｜Wood with tixi-lacquer with more than ten black and red lacquer coats. The small table with offset tabletop with lines of ruyi-motifs, on the curved apron with symmetrically applied xiangcao-helixes. The legs strongly curved. The motifs deeply carved into the red-black lacquer coats, showing the soft hand of a master carver. Height 15.5cm, 63 x 32cm. Condition C.
