DEMONIC STANDING DWARF Bronze India , 18th century Dimensions: Height 12 cm by 5 cm Weight: 186,2 grams A curious bronze statue of some demonic creature with long hair spiralling up in a pointy style and held by a headband. It is wearing a short, striped dhoti and many necklaces, armlets, anklets and chains. The figure is standing on its tiptoes as if in flight. Both arms and hands are hanging down besides the thighs and the face has a friendly look but with big eyes.
