广彩指广州烧制的织金及其采用的低温釉上彩装饰技法。是一种产自广东省广州市的地方传统手工艺品。由五彩和粉彩发展而来。品种以盘、碗等日用瓷为主，陈设瓷次之，以出口为大宗。创自清代中叶，当时将景德镇所烧白瓷运至广州，雇工匠设厂加工彩绘，开炉烘烧，制成出口。此广彩人物赏盘造型规整，盘内以广彩描绘山水人物纹，纹饰精美。
