立轴 葛介屏（1912-1999）, 安徽省合肥市人。是当代著名书画家、金石篆刻家、诗词学家和文物书画鉴定家，早年经张叶青、刘启琳、张琴襄指授，寝馈于殷墟甲骨、西周钟鼎和秦汉以来各种碑碣，后入安徽省博物馆从事文物鉴定工作，对梁闻山、邓石如、包世臣诸家书法领悟尤深。善四体，尤擅篆、隶，所作质朴苍劲，严谨端庄，且能从古朴中见妩媚，从骨力中见秀丽，风貌别具。篆刻则溯源于秦汉，又取浙、皖两派之长。
