青花矾红云龙盘始见于明宣德官窑，后成化官窑有续烧。此器胎质匀薄细实，釉质净白润泽。盘敞口，浅弧腹，圈足，盘心青花双圈绘矾红立龙追逐宝珠，外壁则绘行龙一双，均以青花如意云纹点缀，鳞片须发毕现，气势凌厉磅礡。养和堂，是清宫御瓷当中一个着名堂款，其上限为雍正时期，养和堂款器皿主要为青花釉里红和青花矾红两类。前者纹饰多为青花釉里红八仙贺寿纹，后者则多为青花矾红云龙纹。
