产地：日本岩手县制作人：田村力先生约92g/92g/93g/94g/95g/96g/91g/92g/93g/95g/97g/93g12只 约8.5cm*6.5cm制作日期：2006年制作方法：生晒把鲍鱼制成干鲍，是日本人的独创秘方，约于 300 多年前的水止助三郎发明，皆因其干制后易于运送并进贡给清朝皇帝。当中最著名的日本干鲍包括吉品鲍、禾麻鲍和网鲍，有鲍中之王的称号。日本网鲍被誉为鲍中顶级绝品，其外形椭圆呈咖啡色，鲍边细小，鲍忱呈珠粒状，烹制起来柔软黏滑，色泽金黄，香味浓郁鲜美，用刀横切便能看到鲍身带有网状花纹，故称网鲍。
