A bronze cylindrical strap distributor with three radiating lateral slots, reserved heraldic motifs to the upper face - quartered cross potent and cross crosslet fitched. 18.2 grams, 22mm (1"). Found while searching with a metal detector in Shotesham parish, near Norwich, Norfolk, UK; in November 1988; accompanied by an old Norwich Castle Museum envelope with reference numbers A.H. and 14319 and 58. [No Reserve]
