Three Chinese export armorial plates, 18th century, of octagonal form, each centre with set of arms, comprising: two for a branch of the Mercer family of Huntingtower, Perth, Scotland, painted with a blue fesse in the middle above three crosses and three bezants, above a motto 'Crux Christi Nostra Corona' (The cross of Christ is our crown), all under a crest of a stork's head couped holding a serpent below a 'Ye Gret Poul' motto, the side with sprigs of flowers, 41 and 44.5cm long, and another, with the coat of arms for the Garland family, painted with a garland in the dexter chief, 43.2cm long (3) 清十八世纪 外销粉彩徽章纹大盘 一组三件 Condition report: Two fully restored. one of them chipped.
