此壶直口，细颈，垂腹，深圈足，弯流曲柄，壶身比例匀称，线条挺拔流畅，壶身粉彩绘制《无双谱》人物纹饰，色泽浓妍鲜丽，画笔灵动。 《无双谱》又名《南陵无双谱》，刊刻于清康熙三十三年（1694），绘者从汉至宋代一千四佰多年间，挑选了四十位广为称道的名人，如项羽、苏武、李白、司马迁等，绘成绣像并题诗文。此类题材是瓷器历史上非常重要的一个品种，由于这些人物事迹举世无双，故而得名。
