青花竹石芭蕉图玉壶春瓶始烧于明代永乐时期，清代官窑仿烧，均属于宫廷陈设用器。清代开始出现小巧造型，本品青花发色沉郁雅致，其间分层绘竹石蕉叶纹饰，瓶颈绘制仰首蕉叶，叶脉排列齐整精致，下绘蔓草纹、如意云纹，线条圆转流畅，精致繁密。器壁环周作竹石花叶庭园之景，呈现一派繁茂之象，情景描绘清幽雅致，恬然静谧，富于文人气息。
