A large bulbous vessel with beak-shaped spout, Northwestern Iran, 2nd - 1st millennium B.C. Small eyelet handle. On the shoulder incised geometric decoration. Long bird's-head shaped beak spout. Marked on the bottom DI 115, minimally bumped at the spout. Intact. The surface with remains of encrustation. Height 18 cm. Diameter 22 cm. Provenance: From an old West German collection.
