题识：民国三年夏至前一日，为叔青同事正，尼樵弟施继伯。 钤印：施继伯印 说明：施继伯，字尼樵，号五老山人，清末民初云南鹤庆辛屯村人。施继伯志行纯正，品学兼优，毕业于云南陆军讲武堂。其先任永昌第五团团长，后升为滇军混战旅旅长。曾任凤仪县县长。书宗汉隶，善写兰、撰书《游青玄寺碑》。
