Unsigned Japan, late 18th to early 19th century, Edo period (1615-1868) The immortal standing with a crane looking upwards in front of him, holding a branch with leaves and flowers with red glass inlays, possibly added later, as well as a long staff with a scroll at the top, wearing a finely incised robe decorated with cloud designs, the good himotoshi asymmetrical and generously excavated. HEIGHT 7.8 cm Condition: Good condition with minor surface wear, a minor loss to the staff and scroll. Provenance: French private collection.
