黎雄才(1910-2001)，广东肇庆人。祖籍广东省高要。我国当代杰出的国画家、美术教育家，岭南画派卓有成就的代表人物。擅长巨幅山水画，精于花鸟草虫，画作气势浑厚，自具风貌，被评论界称为"黎家山水"。三十年代初作品《潇湘夜雨》荣获比利时国际博览会金奖，1954年创作的《武汉防汛图卷》被美术评论界誉为"抗洪史诗"。历任广州美术学院副院长、中国美术家协会理事、美协广东分会副主席。
