Carved casket, probably Germany, end of the 19th century, lime wood carving. Openwork carving with bird scenes in places, corners of the lid with turrets. Matching side plates as drinking bowls formed from vine leaves with little birds on the rim. Slightly rubbed & bumped, dimensions casket 24 x 36 x 25 cm.
