题识：甲戌端午前二日以奉颂声先生雅正梓湘殷锡梁写于滬上；甲戌四月颂声仁兄法家正临谭泽闿
钤印：梓湘之印（白文）、瓶翁（朱文）
谭泽闿（1889-1948）湖南茶陵人。近代书法家。字祖同，号瓶斋，室名天随阁，谭延闿之弟。善书法，工行楷，师法翁同龢、何绍基、钱沣，上溯颜真卿。气格雄伟壮健，力度刚强，善榜书。 取法颜真卿，兼工汉隶。又善诗，能画。民国时南京“国民政府”牌匾即为其所书。上海、香港两家《文汇报》的报头即其所书，至今沿用。
