毕伯涛，别名黄山樵子，1886年出生于安徽省歙县，是中国著名的陶瓷美术大师。早年师从波阳画家张云山学习纸画，旅居景德镇后专攻陶瓷粉彩，擅长翎毛花卉，瓷画以用笔工细、设色淡雅著称。此幅瓷板画画工精细，松树苍劲有力，松针根根挺立，万藤缠绕，气势恢宏，老鹰活灵活现，立于枝杈，雄势待发。珠山八友之作年年攀高，机遇不可多得。
