来源：新加坡收藏家旧藏 新加坡重要收藏家雅乐山人旧藏，雅乐山人以收藏汉唐高古瓷器陶俑最为著名，早年在佳士得拍卖雅乐山人的唐代马球人物俑曾经拍出百万美元的价格。此件以一位女骑手，马呈奔跑状，女骑士挥杆，策马奔腾，马球最早源自波斯，在中国的唐代时期传入中国，一时风靡皇帝皇家之中。从古代著名绘画《便桥会盟图》中可以看到唐朝和突厥的马球比赛。唐代二十三位皇帝有十一位是马球迷。此件作品等级非常高，十分稀有。
