A gold amethyst and split pearl brooch, a pair of oval cabochon amethysts, with split pearls grain set to a star collet applied to the centre, to bead and scroll frame, with pin, 'C' catch and safety chain, tested as approximately 15ct gold with 9ct gold fittings, 58mm long, 10.40g Condition report: Small surface chip to one of the amethysts. Pin slightly bent. Some areas of tarnish to the back of the brooch. Hollow beads to the centre of the brooch have worn through on the back.
