A PAIR OF ITALIAN SILVER AND GLASS PITCHERS, ASCANIO, EARLY 20TH CENTURY of squated baluster form with a tapered neck and base, with curved handles formed as flowering grape vine, the silver is broken up by ribbed glass, the silver spout features a curved shape with a laurel wreath motif, an oval medallion and a scrolled foliate finial, base features two crossed flowering branches with a continuous motif of a laurel wreath, marked with national mark, maker's initials RR and ASCANIO on silver near the handle; overall height: 28 cm (11 in.) CONDITION In good orginial condition. Minor rubbing and dark spots visible to the silver base and neck. Light surface scratches visible to the glass. N.B.
