A pair of single shot percussion cap pistols with detachable bayonets and octagonal barrels - stamped with an unidentifiable makers mark of " B & G or B &C" - barrels, guns, and bayonets stamped, "10" and "11" respectively. Each pistol is embellished with scroll work on the plates and trigger guards. Includes a velvet lined wooden presentation case, with central blank cartouche and brass hardware, powder flask, bullet mold, loose rounds, percussion caps, and bayonet's. Dimensions: guns measure approx. 9" in length, barrels measure 13mm in diameter. From a New Rochelle estate.
