明刻本 1轴 白棉纸 手卷 此经首尾全，每版三十五行，折为七折，每折五行，行十四字，上下双边，《善本总目》著录为明刻本，仅国家图书馆、吉林图书馆、南京图书馆三家公藏，存世颇稀。此为《五斗经》之一种，托名太上老君于汉恒帝永寿元年授与天师张道陵的，属道教斋醮类经典，入清后政府唯恐宗教对其统治不利，故屡屡禁绝，流传数量稀少。
