周一竹又名镫伟，中国画家，吴昌硕第四代再传弟子。1938年生于上海一个书香门第，早年毕业于中国地质大学,1957年负笈于著名画家黄养辉，后又从师于昌硕画派传人曹用平先生门下，得金石大写意艺术的一脉相传，为吴昌硕第四代再传弟子。曾为中国地质美术家协会理事,中国三峡画院一级画师,中国水墨研究院院士,荷泽地区书画研究院名誉院长,上海吴昌 硕艺术研究协会会员,山东省美术家协会会员等。
