One of the primary concerns of the United Nations is the increasing unemployment of young people between the ages of sixteen and twenty-four. Without a sense of purpose and a steady income, young people find it difficult to address the development of their society as a whole ... and to search for answers to important questions of our time, such as human rights, disarmament, and protection of the world's environment.
