John Parsons & Co registered their mark on 3rd July 1793, of which Roberts was a partner. The firm only manufactured candlesticks. Parsons left after 5 months and the remaining partners renamed themselves John Green & Co. in December 1793, continuing to produce exclusively candlesticks. In 1805 the partnership was renamed John Roberts & Co. The partnership was dissolved by 1820.
