31,8 x 718 cm Condition Style of Su Shi (1037-1101), China, ca. 17th/18th ct., Calligraphy in Standard Script. Handscroll, ink on paper. At the end of the scroll a signature: "Shi". One seal: "Dongpo jushi". Seventeen collectors' seals: "Longxi Lin shi biwan", "Nanhai Kong Guangtao shending jinshi shuhua yin", "Deyu shending" etc. Also Imperial seals like "yushu baohan". Following are fourteen colophons, signed, besides others, by Zhao Mengfu (1254-1322), Yu Ji (1272-1348), Shen Zhou (1427-1509) and Dong Qichang (1555-1636).
