The company has achieved an unusual longevity of almost a century, during which it remained in the family's ownership. The brand was founded by Pierre-François QUEILLÉ, who registered his mark in 1808 and continued his activity until 1834. He was succeeded by Pierre-François QUEILLÉ II (1834-1846). Eugène QUEILLÉ, goldsmith, takes over the workshop and registers mark on February 11, 1847, settling at 8, rue Saint-Roch-Poissonnière. In 1874 the QUEILLÉ were registered at 11, rue des Petits-Carreaux, in the goldsmith district, maintaining the original activity until 1895 when is taken over by Antoine LAPARRA.
