此对器物为画卷瓷质轴头，轴头造型精小，通体以青花云龙纹装饰器表，线条流畅自然，尤见绘功之精妙，制作精细。轴头虽属文玩小品，却代表着品位与修养、审美与好尚，此拍品制作精细，成对保存良好，实为值得珍藏的文房之佳作。 在上世纪70年代末，百废待兴，书画市场渐渐有了生气，书画装裱业也渐渐兴旺起来，彼时虽不乏各种装裱材料，但是要找一副好轴头却非易事。因此许多人在给字画定价的时候，就是按轴头来定价的。
