A belt mount set comprising: three square-shaped mounts, each consisting of four domed discs with ropework borders, suspension loop to the reverse of each disc; six rectangular mounts, each with two parallel rows of four tiered domes between ropework borders, and four suspension loops to the reverse; one buckle plate with piriform body, D-shaped head and articulate tongue, the body with openwork design of two butting ram's heads above a bear's head and forepaws, with detailing. 368 grams total, 32-93mm (1 1/4 - 3 3/4"). From the family collection of a UK gentleman, by descent in the early 1970s; previously acquired before 1960. [10] Condition Report Fine condition.
