提要：《伤寒论》为东汉张仲景所著汉医经典著作，是一部阐述外感热病治疗规律的专着。明代赵开美以北宋本翻刻，而后北宋本遗失。今存最早刻本即赵开美本。此书名为恽铁樵于民国12年据赵开美本影印，流传甚广，在20世纪影响巨大。据中医文献专家钱超尘先生考证，实则以日本安政三年日本崛川济影刻本为底本影印发行，也是伤寒论20世纪最重要的伤寒论版本之一。
