此盘敞口，浅弧腹，圈足。盘内外以矾红彩装饰。内口沿处绘描金弦纹两道，盘心绘双龙夺珠，周围衬以火焰如意纹，盘外壁绘双龙戏珠纹。圈足内施白釉，于矾红书“大清光绪年制”六字楷书款。以“云龙纹”作为器物、服饰的装饰纹样，是清代宫廷物品的一大特色，体现了皇室尊贵的象征。
