尺寸：34.5×30.1cm.保存较好。 注：载泽（1868-1929）满洲正黄旗人。清代立宪派人物。光绪三十一年（1905）清廷特派载泽和其他四位大臣“户部侍郎戴鸿慈、兵部侍郎徐世昌、湖南巡抚端方、商部右丞绍英”为出国考察西方宪政，是为“五大臣出洋”。载泽考察结束回国后，向慈禧太后上书《奏请宣布立宪密折》。同时，还著有颇具史料价值的《考察政治日记》。
