The rug with central floral mandala design poled medallion, the interior with c-scrolls containing dense floral and foliate vinery, the poled ends with stylized floral filled urns all on a midnight blue ground with pale indigo spandrels each with an ivory cartouche. The main border of dense floral scrollwork centering lotus blossoms. SIZE: 4′ 8″ x 6′ 8″. PROVENANCE: From a private Connecticut collection. CONDITION: Good.
