张荐秋【清】昵号祁川野人、晓耕散人，山东旅平人。擅画，原北洋政府将军，任陕、甘，宁、青、晋、绥、察七省盐务榷运局局长。与齐白石、潘龄皋、周作人、王道元、宣永光、魏大可、金息侯、王伯龙等社会名流交往甚密。金息侯（1878-1962）满洲人。清光绪三十年甲辰进士。历官京师大学堂提调、内城警厅知事、奉天旗务处总办、内阁中书、奉天新民知府等，加赠少保衔。辛亥革命后任奉天省洮昌道道尹、政务厅厅长、农商部秘书。
