A glass unguentariumposed of a slender piriform body, trumpet-style neck with rolled lip, tapering foot, two applied handles and zigzag trails around the lower body; handwritten 'RAMLEH Lwrnc. Nov. 1898' inked to underside of foot. 57.6 grams, 11.5 cm high (4 1/2 in.). From a late 19th century collection, 'RAMLEH '. Ex collection of Friedrich Steffen (1919-2003). Foundation La Coudre, Neuchatel, Switzerland. This lot has been checked against the Interpol Database of stolen works of art and is apanied by AIAD certificate no.11330-189914.
