A bifacial ceramic flask with lenticular body, the lower part of the neck formed as a Nubian head wearing a headdress from which the top part of the neck emerges, strap handles to the sides of the head; stamped decoration to the broad collar extending to the base of the flask dividing the body in two, impressed hieroglyphs to the side panels; after the antique. 110 grams, 96 mm (3 3/4 in.). Acquired at auction, 1980s. Property of a Suffolk gentleman. [No Reserve]
