She is holding a rope or cloth in her hands. She is wearing a head decoration, her face is broad and she is smiling slightly. Her feet are crossed at the ankles. Next to here we see four adorants, two male, two female, gazing at her in devotion. Hariti is regarded a protector of children, granting easy delivery and happy child rearing but sometimes also recognized as female demon.
