Porcelain China, 1912-1949 (Republic Period) Dimensions: Height 28.3 cm and 28.5 cm Weight: 998 g (vase) and 1,426 g (hat stand) Set consisting of enameled cylindrical vases depicting two court ladies in the palace garden, a poem written above, the upper rim with gold lining. The second vase is a cylindrical hat stand with four lobed apertures, depicting a courtyard scene, the bottom with an apocryphal six-character Tongzhi reign mark. Provenance: - German private collection. Condition: - Good condition with wear, hairlines, remnants of a former mounting on the hat stand, and manufacturing irregularities.
