吴安之，东北人，原为奉系军阀吴俊升的部署，后被戴笠吸收，加入军统，从事情报工作。1937年7月29日成功策动伪冀东保安总队张庆余、张砚田反正，发动通州事变。1939年奉军统局长戴笠之命，潜赴沦陷区上海，从事情报工作，成功策反王天木的保镖马河图暗杀汉奸叛逆陈明楚、何天风。吴安之晚年定居美国，不问外事。
