A Chinese porcelain horse cast standing foursquare on a rounded base with the grooms, with the head turned upwards,the ears pricked, saddle cloth draped over the back, an elaborate harness and strapwork over the face. The grooms dressed in a tunic, trousers, and cap, the arms suspended mid-movement and the face turned upward. All covered overall with a pale ice-blue translucent glaze. Height: 21 cm. Width: 14 cm.
