叶扎科夫·弗拉基米尔·卢斯拉维奇，1975年生于圣彼得堡。1997年毕业于列里赫中等艺术学校，从师于俄罗斯功勋画家列索夫。2003年毕业于列宾美术学院比门诺夫和列宾美术工作室。2004年考入列宾美术学院创作工作室。从2004年起在列宾美术学院任教至今。2004年起成为俄罗斯美术家协会会员。从2005年起，其作品参加了由俄罗斯二十世纪艺术画廊在中国不同城市举办的俄罗斯油画展览。曾多次参加各类画展。于2009年个人展在北京俄罗斯二十世纪艺术画廊。现其毕业作品收藏于俄罗斯艺术学院博物馆，部分作品被私人收藏于俄罗斯、中国、美国、法国、英国、希腊等国家。_
