作者简介：李百忍，男，1927 年生，安徽宿州市人，号蕴威，别署老汪湖人，斋名“绿竹书屋”，中国著名书法艺术家，理论家，国家一级美术师。1950 年考入华东军大艺术系就读，1957 年又入南京师范学院美术系深造，拜沈子善教授为师从艺。他为我国社会科学和文化事业做出了突出贡献，国务院分别于1992 年和1994 年为他颁发了双证书，同时享受国务院双份特殊津贴殊荣。
