镌刻：|水平（盖内）|钤印：|德根自造陶器（底款） |水平壶胎质细腻，皮壳温润，壶身呈圆瓮形，腹下沿微敛，鼓腹饱满，形制典雅，厚重不失灵巧，金蟾蜍钮。传说金蟾蜍口吐金钱，是旺财生灵。自古有刘海修道，用计收服金蟾以成仙，后来民间便流传“刘海戏金蟾，步步钓金钱”的传说。蟾蜍钮体形小巧，大小适中。首部呈三角形，鼓眼宽唇，前肢趴伏，身上琢满瘤粒，后肢扭向一边。形象逼真，塑造精细。壶体玲珑纤巧，色泽红艳，娇妍多姿，柔美可爱。以指弹扣，声音清脆，共振性佳。壶流明畅柔顺，壶柄圆弧宽敞。红润甜美的色泽和清脆如金石之音的优质身坯，令人爱不释手。
