The pattern name is 'Chinese Pastime' and dates to 1820. This pattern is attributed to Davenport and Sons, Staffordshire England. The center scene shows an elderly man quietly fishing and the rest of the scene the young girl is pointing to a shallow pool where she caught the fish in her hands and the young Boy is looking perplexed and wants to say “I thought we had to use a pole.” Condition is very good. There are no chips cracks or spider lines.
